The mission of the Task Force is to unite law enforcement across San Diego County to ensure cooperative, consistent and highly visible enforcement of alcoholic beverage statutes, as well as to establish and strengthen community partnerships with law enforcement.

The Binge and Underage Drinking Initiative (BUDI) is a project funded by the San Diego County Health and Human Services Agency to address the harmful effects of underage and high risk drinking by changing community policies, practices, and norms on the over-consumption of alcohol.
